Enter your purchase email on the key recovery page and it arrives within a minute. Check spam too.

The key only works with the exact email you bought with. Copy and paste the whole key from the email rather than typing it — spaces and dashes don't matter.

Some companies switch off the Store. Ask your IT team to allow Jemboro from the Microsoft Store — it works offline and never uploads drawings — or email [email protected] and we'll help.

Select the sheet, click the correct text in the preview and choose "…for all sheets". Jemboro reads that spot on every page and remembers it for that architect next time.

Scans have no text inside, so Jemboro reads them with OCR — slower and less exact. Make sure Read scanned pages is on in Output settings, and ask the architect for the CAD-exported PDF when you can.

Install Jemboro from the Microsoft Store on the new computer and enter the same email and key. Your license covers your own computers.

That's us. Payments are processed by Link, Stripe's checkout, which also handles tax. Your receipt and invoice came from Link by email.
